The workout starts with a quick dynamic warm-up, after which you'll go through two rounds of two different circuits, each with a cardio "burst" as a finisher. "The best part of this workout? You can customize it to fit your needs," Silver-Fagan says. "If you have time in your schedule for a longer workout, repeat it 2-3 times all the way through. Find yourself short on time? Go hard and give one round your all."
